Welcome to this website and we appreciate you taking the time to visit. Most of the items available are men's and women's vintage or antique jewelry. You may find old collectible items but our main forte' is jewelry and not the modern kind. We prefer our jewelry to be 50 to 150 years old.

Is it safe to buy from danamazza.com - 

Yes, it's a human-run website by a husband and wife team. The web address is registered in the state of Florida as a DBA, "Doing Business As" name. If you live in Florida the website will also charge you tax. The website is run by me, Dana Mazza, the sourcing is the team effort.

You can count on us shipping what you buy. Once USPS has possession of your package the responsibility lies with them. If they lose it or the order doesn't show delivered after a reasonable time, I'll refund your total cost and put a claim with the Post Office.

If the USPS.com website states delivered for your tracking number, the responsibility will be on your end with your local carrier to find out what happened on their end.

For example, if the tracking on the USPS website for your package shows something similar to the below image in which it is indicated the package has been delivered to the address you provided, you'll have to follow up with your local carrier. If your local carrier cannot find your item, you'll have to follow up with your local police.

Yes. I changed because when dealing in this "Artificial Intelligence" world I want full transparency. No AI. No artificial knowledge, no artificial name, the real deal. Call and I'll answer or get back to you.

How did you end up on danamazza.com?

I can't answer that - there's a chance the search engines. There's a better chance you followed my antique jewelry knowledge through my facebook profile and ended up here. It's a nice funnel and works well.

If you found me via facebook, that's great. Sometimes it may be not so great. I understand that and feel for you. I'm usually very active in the jewelry history groups and knowledge tends to differ amongst members, which may include you. If this is the case, it may be an instance where I may not have told you what you wanted to hear. I simply explained what I saw and deciphered my own synopsis from my own studies. 

I don't guess when it comes to jewelry. If I state something, it's from my own research and/or those smarter than I, who have taught me. I have extensive knowledge, both harvested from the internet and through stacks of actual books. The real ones. The kinds you hold and read.
