1930s Gift - Signed Dated - Vintage Jewelry with Provenance
We'd like to offer you this vintage bar brooch, one that you would think would be 19c but is actually 20th. It features an intricate, machine-engraved design and had a rectangle in the center that has not been monogrammed, it's still blank. The piece is signed FM Co on the back along with DAR and 1938, possibly a gift given to someone.
Signed 1/20 10K Front and FM Co.
This features an ornate, elongated bar design with square-shaped decorative ends and a central focal panel, all embellished with fine line etching and a textured finish. Something similar to Guilloche machining.
This type of pin was a versatile accessory, often worn on a dress lapel, collar, or scarf.
