Please take a minute and look at this wonderful red branchcoral brooch. There's no doubt how natural this piece really is. The brooch is at least 140 to 150 years old and the only flaw we can find is that sometime along it's lifespan, someone filed into the pin stem to make sure it was really gold. You can see these file marks in some of the pictures. It obviously can't be seen when worn and there are no flaws to the coral.
The branch is perfectly set in late 14K Victorian Gold. The tip of the needle has been tested and this pin tests as 14K.
