Sweden Collectible Tre Kronor 3 Crown Silver Blue Enamel Brooch Pin
Here's your chance to own one of our "one of one" finds. If you collect collectibles from Sweden, then you're going to know more about this pin than we do.
What we can tell you is that the pin is fully hallmarked including the date code B9 for 1952. The pin is almost 75 years old. Also, as you can see by this date code and the back components, the tube hinge and c-clasp closure are used well into in the 20th century up to and including, the 1950s.
Although we thought this may be a SPORRONG product the makers mark shows ATE which we can't identify at this time. There's a paw mark for Sweden and the S in the Octagon for silver, and a money bag which we also don't about at this time. We're selling this pin as .800 and it's more than likely .830 silver and not sterling.
As you can see form both sides, the condition is excellent. There is a piece of paper dating 1952 but that has been there for decades.
