This is a very vintage tie holder with a painted fish that hangs down from gold filled strands. This tie clip is over 40 years old and does have some enamel wear. Please note this in the pictures. Even with the enamel wear someone is going to be head over heels to receive a tie clip like this. It's a very vintage, fun piece to wear.
