Who doesn't love seahorses? If you're going on a cruise, taking a vacation to the beach, or just love seahorses, there's not many of these out there. Someone had bought this, loved it, and wore it and somehow it ended up on a garage sale table. There is a small level of tarnish on this and the size is 5 3/4.
